Stopped in on our way home... second visit.
Its a rabbit warren, seating squeezd in and around this refurrbd old lime green shack. But nice and quaint.... sit outside on the banks of the Waikato on a sunny, calm day if you can.
Food is consistently good, whether you choose a big brekky or a coffee and one of their yummy cakes.
Second time we have stopped and as impressed as the first time. Lovely food, great service and nice artwork.
Wondering if you could give me the website for your artist who had their metalwork on display this weekend (1 March) as I would like to have a look at their other items if possible.
On our way back to Auckland, we decided to stop in. The place is very deceptive but only in size! (looks small from the outside.) Plenty of parking with a beautiful view of the Waikato River. Once inside, your senses are buzzing with excitement. This quaint cafe is alive with the smell of delicious food and wonderful aromatic coffee. Homely, comfortable and accommodating. Customer service was courteous, fast and efficient. On receiving our order (latte, mocha, gourmet beef burger and a gourmet chicken burger) - we got stuck into it straight away! Coffee was excellent...our meal was sumptuous, every bite was delicious, the aioli - divine. A meal to satisfy all hungers.
