Going to give benefit of the doubt. Had the bagel, smoked salmon and cream cheese but it was only toasted on outside of bagel so it was a doughy chew. The latte was perfect. The location great.

I enjoyed it! Fast service and a nice view of the lake with Tongariro and Mt Ruapehu in the background. My coffee was good and flavoursome. The portion sizes were larger than I expected. Check out the Brioche French Toast for a sugar hit!

Love this cafe. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Chef did me scrambled eggs specially. Food and coffee was delicious. Right by the lake. Parking can be a bit of a pain but worth it !!
