Food is good. Wondering why it only has 3.5 stars so heres 5. Staff is friendly. Good bang for buck food. Will definitely be back when we are here in Christchurch! Thanks team

Delicious, clean and stylish. Would eat there again. A great variety of dishes from staples such as beef rendang and laksa with some fun new dishes like roti donuts.

Loved this place! The food was great- I especially liked the hawkers rolls, the rendang and the honey and soy squid was so good! Definitely on the pricey side for this kind of food but the cool setting and vibe makes it worth it. I love the little bird cages and the beautiful mural at the end of the restaurant, so modern Asian chic!

Overall probably a 3.8 (but may have been due to bad food choice). The hawker rolls were really good, i had the eggplant but heard the spicy chicken was also good. The ‘Woo salad’ was honestly a waste of time and money - some lettuce, roasted peanuts and lychee syrup. I heard their duck salad was tasty though. The crab was good but quite salty and obviously the more you ate the more unbearable it became (even with rice). The squid was also good. Great atmosphere and very good staff working there. Still a bit over priced for what you get, as good street food is generally cheap and delicious.

Had a really nice meal here with great speedy service and a nice, casual vibe. Would recommend the pork wontons, the dipping sauce is to die for! Cocktails are also great. Meal price is also great. Book ahead as this place is popular.

food is pretty good!! had the nasi lemak and the pork belly which was good, the other stuff like the rendang and all that is also not too bad! doesn’t taste super authentically malaysian, but the food is definitely decent. really expensive for asian food though

Had a very enjoyable meal. All the dishes we ordered were very good. The service was friendly and efficient. We had a large table next to us which was a bit noisy but it didn't detract too much from our evening. The ambiance was pleasant but the temperature a bit on the cool side.

Totally lovely Dining experience!. Service was a top 10, food also 10, as was ambience and decor! We arrived half an hour before the reservation and were seated straight away, with menus presented and drinks orders filled immediately. We chose to share our first course of dumplings, wontons and some delicious corn spring rolls. They arrived with dipping sauces. All was devoured quick smart! He had Ginger Chicken for the main, I had the Pork Belly and Chinese Greens and a side of coconut rice. All cooked and presented beautifully. We couldn't manage deserts for obvious reasons! I was so looking forward to the Portuguese Tarts, but that's left for next time, and there will be a next time! Highly recommended, an excellent and thoroughly great place to dine with close and easy parking mid city.

Yummy, great flavours, and service. Own brand of sriracha packs some decent heat.

If anyone is planning to avoid this place due to the Ja 17 scare. We ate here for a meal on January 17. Our meal was excellent as was the service. We are very happy that Madam Woos have a very high standard of hygiene and ethics because we were able to be advised of the potential issue and vaccinated. I am perfectly happy to return as I feel very confident in their staff and systems.
