Massive portion! Ordered the fish of the day and the beer battered chips. I also ordered one shrimp kebab. One piece of the fish and the chips could easily feed two people. Way too much food for one person, but delicious! I am only giving them four stars as there was no fresh fish options, but the gentleman working did tell me the fish of the day was frozen so I knew what to expect.

The fish was amazing and fresh. We got a value pack for $24 NZD which included 2 fish, 2 hot dogs (Pluto pups), 4 chicken nuggets and a large serving of chips. Recommend buying your meal and pop down to the local park for amazing views accompanied by fantastic food. Minus 1 star as no sauce or fresh lemon was offered or included with the meal. On a positive note, this restaurant can cater for people with nut allergies.

Best fish we had in NZ so far… Really amazing so crisp and tender, will really recommend it. The inside of the shop is very old and not very welcoming, but don’t be put off, you come to eat amazing fish and thats what you’ll get. Amazing job
