Such a great place to come for lunch, there is TONS of choice here (everything from sandwiches to Thai and Chinese).
Prices vary but you can get a very decent sized meal for a really good price.
I'd totally check out the technology store here as well, a great selection of things!
TOW is a handy food-court that offers a variety of cuisines (Thai, Chinese, Indian, etc.) under one roof if you work in the Willis St. neighbourhood and don't have much time for lunch. The courtyard itself looks clean and functional. Currently because of Covid-19, Level 2, diners are physically spaced out (2 m), making the courtyard look a little deserted. No doubt it will be bustling again with life and vibrant dining activity once we get back to L1 or normal. The Native Thai shop is popular as are most of the other stores.
It's easy to miss TOW because it's hidden away underground out of sight of potential customers, and from its lack of advertising aids such as flags, sandwich boards, etc. However its worth a visit and food service is fast with retail shops such as popular JB HiFi located next door to the food-court.
Quiet at 1.30pm when I was there and being towards the end of lunchtime some limited choices. Tasty food. Good cup of tea. The Chocolate fudge cake I bought to eat later was delicious
